Club

There are no signup fees to join! You just pay for your initial shipment right away, and get the wines you pay for. From there, you’ll be billed on a quarterly basis in March, June, September, and November.

Right away! If you sign up in a Tasting Room you’ll pick out your initial wine shipment right there on the spot and take it home with you. If you sign up online, our customer care representatives will be in touch to finalize your membership details and get your first shipment sent out as soon as possible.

Our clubs are set up to have quarterly shipments in March, June, September and November. The quantity of wine is up to you! We have clubs available in 4, 6, or 12 bottle quantities.

The majority of our clubs are Winemaker’s Choice. You select your wine preference - White, Sweet, Mix or Red - and we take it from there. If you know what you like and want more control over your selections, we do also offer a fully customized club option, just reach out to our Customer Care Team to get you set up.

Quarterly (delicious) wine shipments at a great price, duh! We also offer exclusive access to limited or special releases, unique club member events, and complimentary tastings for you + 2 guests in any of our Tasting Room locations. Out of state, no problem, you get 20% of additional wine purchases online and all members get Exclusive Members Only Sales offers including 30% - 60% off select wines.

Yes! When you join Club Evoke you agree to 4 club shipments, which includes your initial shipment. Generally speaking, this means a year of membership, though that can vary slightly. Don’t worry too much though, we know you’ll want to stay longer!!

The good news is, we totally understand that life happens, all changes need to be made 2 weeks prior to your club being processed. We can also pause your membership temporarily if you just want to skip a shipment! *There are some restrictions with acct holds, but just ask us!

That’s ok! We’ll either hold your shipment until you make it in, or we can ship it to you for a flat rate shipping fee. Keep in mind that someone 21+ must be available for deliveries of wine (federal government’s rule, not ours!)

You are welcome to pick up in any of our tasting rooms at any time, but please try and let Customer Care know or update your wine club info so we have the wine ready when you arrive.

Shipping fees are $20 for club member shipments. Members in our 12 Bottle Black Label Club will receive free shipping on all quarterly club orders!

We offer three different Add On club options that are available to current club members only. These include the option to receive 2 additional shipments each year.

Shipping

YES! Per federal law, someone 21+ must be available to sign for any alcohol deliveries, and wine is no exception. This makes it a great option to ship to a business address or a convenient FedEx drop location.

Great question. It depends on where you are in the country. Just contact customer service at care@evokewinery.com for more info.

Great question. It depends on where you are in the country. Just contact customer service at care@evokewinery.com for more info. We can ship to approved liquor stores and will take orders by phone: 1-541-386-3700 as well!

Hey, we don’t make the rules, we just follow them. We also can’t ship alcohol outside of the United States.

*Please note $20 per bottle shipping cost.

Sorry, but no! We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages. And while we’ll happily replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed, we are not responsible for any wine that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error.

Please note that temperatures above 88℉ or below 32℉ are a danger zone for wine. Evoke Winery may opt to hold on to shipments due to temperature and will send the wine when weather permits. Customers have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping in order to keep the wines moving and to lessen the likelihood that they will be on trucks for long travel periods and/or stored in warehouses. It just depends on where you are in the country. Please contact customer service at care@evokewinery.com for more info.

Winemaking

Our wines are handcrafted and blended by our winemakers Peter Steinfeld, Alaina Waller and Adam Carr in our Hood River winemaking facility – which you can actually visit for a private tour and tasting!

Nope! We selectively source all of our grapes from growers across the West Coast – which allows us to find the best grapes from the best regions each year. It also lets us focus on what we do best (winemaking), while letting our grower partners focus on their grape thing.

The grapes for our red varietals (Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Tannat, Tempranillo and Zinfandel. Albariño, Chardonnay, Muscat, Pinot Blanc/Gris/Noir and Riesling) are all grown in the hot and dry Columbia Valley regions of Oregon and Washington respectively.

Hell no! Our wines are produced from 100% premium wine grapes sourced in Oregon and  Washington. No artificial flavors. No additives. Nothing weird – just wine and a whole lotta love.

Yes. Our wines do not contain any animal products or byproducts, and no animals were harmed during the winemaking or grape growing process.

Visiting Us

Totally casual! Our fabulous, fun tasting room associates will show you the ropes. You just have to relax and enjoy a moment with good wine and even better friends. Stop by anytime — seriously! You don’t even have to call ahead.

Nope – we’re first-come, first-hang. We are (of course) following all the fire marshal guidelines and only allow the number of guests that the fire marshal has deemed safe.

Best friend getting married? Trying to impress clients? We’d be happy to help you plan a memorable experience for a bachelorette party, private tasting or private dinner at our tasting rooms. Please contact care@evokewinery.com, to discuss options.

We love families and kids! However, we hope this goes without saying: anyone under 21 will have to be accompanied by an adult. We offer light bites and non-alcoholic sodas for anyone not drinking wine. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor patios at our Bend, Vancouver Waterfront, and Hood River Tasting Rooms – so please bring your pup! We have water bowls and biscuits for the fur babies. Of course, service animals are permitted at and inside all of our locations.

W-h-a-t-e-v-e-r makes you feel comfortable, fabulous, or at-home. If you want to wear army pants and flip-flops — pretty sure cargo pants are waaay in again! Hiking clothes or hip platform heels — just come as you are;) We’re okay with that!

Wine Drinking

Don’t know a Pinot Gris from a pinecone? We’re glad you’re here. With wine, there are no wrong answers. The most important thing is that YOU find something that YOU like.

After trying out a few different varietals, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team. We love making suggestions and helping people find their next favorite wine!

We recommend serving white wines between 45-55 degrees and red wines between 55-68 degrees.  The ideal storage temperature is 50-55 degrees and 75% humidity – think of a dark and cool space. (Literally, anywhere but above your fridge.)

Ever heard of the saying, “aged like a fine wine?” Welp, it’s sometimes true, other times not so much. Some red wines will last for decades in your cellar (pantry, counter top, etc.) Others are best enjoyed within a few years.

All of our wines are ready to drink as is. But our premium, reserve wines from our Oh! Orgasmic collection are some of our best reds and do age very well. They’re bottled in denser cork, with a denser glass, and are typically made from higher tannin grapes that benefit from hanging out in the bottle for longer.

That's no fun! The average glass of wine (5 oz.) is 125 calories, but who's counting?!
