Vixen Syrah

Like the seductive vixen archetype, our Vixen Syrah's beauty comes from the right combination of personality, confidence, class, strength, body and evocativity.

If you want a full bodied red wine, this Vixen Syrah offers pronounced tannins. It evokes notes of sweet figs and pipe tobacco while flavors of white peppercorn toy with juicy overripe cherry and smoky bacon. It's a rebellious combination, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

It makes a beautiful partner for heartier foods. Pair it with chorizos or bratwursts, well marbled beef cuts and spiced up smoky barbecues. In fact, these rich proteins will counterbalance the tannins and draw attention to Vixen’s ripe fruited body.

To make the most of this provocative Syrah, serve it at a bit lower than room temperature —15 minutes in the fridge should do the trick!  A slight chill will focus the acidity and bring out the delicate aromatic notes of the wine. Give the glass a swirl or two to tame the tannins — making this an even easier, approachable,  fabulous Syrah!
